Alice P. Clark, 90, of Wilmington, Delaware passed away on Friday February 23, 2018.
Born in Wilmington in 1927, she was the daughter of the late Alfred and Agnes (Collins) Pearce.
She was a 1945 graduate of P.S DuPont High School. Alice was a homemaker, a loving wife and mother, and the ultimate grandmother. She enjoyed baking, especially at Christmas when she would prepare dozens of varieties of cookies for family and friends. Her true passion was babysitting and helping raise the grandchildren. Alice was a member of the Calvary Episcopal Church, Hillcrest, in Wilmington.
In addition to her parents, Alice was predeceased by her loving husband of 59 years, Paul L. Clark, son John M. Clark and her three sisters. She is survived by her son Michael P. Clark and his and wife Kathy (Foster) Clark, daughter in law Susan (Spence) Clark, 6 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild along with numerous nieces and nephews.
The family would like to thank the staff of Ingleside Assisted Living and Seasons Hospice for their kind and gentle care.
