Clara Charlene Summers

Clara Charlene Summers, age 70, of Newark, DE, formerly of Milldetown, DE, passed away on Thursday December 27, 2018, at home peacefully in her sleep.

She worked as a custodian for state hospitals and in the school district for many years.

Survived by her grandson Matt Summers of Newark, granddaughter Madison Summers of New Castle, great granddaughter Zoey Summers of Newark, niece Shonda Warren of New Castle. She was loved by many family members. She is predeceased by her son Vernon Summers.

Burial will be in Gracelawn Memorial Park on Tuesday January 8, 2019 at 11:30 am.
