Irmgard Brunhilde Sukalo

Irmgard Sukalo, age 88, of Middletown, DE, passed away on Sunday, April 22, 2018.

She was a member of the Delaware Saengerbund in Ogletown and attended St. Paul’s United Methodist Church of Odessa. She enjoyed cooking, games, knitting and spending time with her family.

A native of Germany, she came to the United States in 1956 and became a US citizen in 1961. She was predeceased by her husband, Gabriel, in 1993.

Irmgard is survived by her son, Peter (Jennifer), two daughters, Monika (Bill) and Karen (Craig), eight grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, April 28, 2018 at 11:00 am at Beeson Funeral Home, 2053 Pulaski Highway, Newark, Delaware 19702 where friends may call beginning at 9:30 am. Burial will be private.
