Margaret Vandeputte Obituary

Margaret Eugenie Vandeputte, age 98, passed away on Saturday, April 7, 2018.

Margaret worked for Rutgers University for 15 years in the Accounting Department. She was an avid Rutgers sports fan and loved cheering for the football and basketball teams. During her free time, Margaret enjoyed playing bridge and other games. She was very involved with her church and volunteered by delivering Meal on Wheels in the community.

Family was very important to Margaret and she enjoyed the time spent with her grandchildren and great grandchildren, especially at the Jersey Shore.

Margaret was predeceased by her husband of 40 years, John Vandeputte.

She is survived by her two daughters Marsha (Roger) Bartholomew and Faye (Robert) Anderson, her son Dennis (Susan) Vandeputte, 6 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.

Services will be private.
