Annette Ellen Moore, age 63, of Newark, Delaware, passed away on Wednesday, September 7, 2022 in Newark.
Annette was born in 1959, the daughter of Harlan and Alice Hall. She attended Christiana High School and graduated from Delaware Technical Community College with a bachelor’s degree in nursing. She worked as a nurse’s aide and later a registered nurse with the Visiting Nurses Association of Delaware.
Annette enjoyed everything arts and crafts, especially knitting. She was an avid fan of everything Disney. She also loved diamonds and gems, both in stores and hunting for them. Annette and her husband Butch took a vacation and traveled 2000 miles through 13 states to dig for diamonds in Arkansas.
She is preceded in death by her parents, two sisters, and two brothers.
Annette is survived by her husband, Joseph “Butch” Moore; brothers-in-law: George Hallett (Arlene), Pat Moore (Joanne), Richard Reuling (Janice), Calvin Reuling, and Bobby Reuling; sisters-in law: Liz Moore (Ed), Becky Moore Thompson (Mike), and Sue Reuling Davis; 17 nieces and nephews; and numerous grand nieces and nephews.
A viewing will be held on Monday, September 19, 2022 from 12:30-1:30 pm at Beeson Funeral Home, 2053 Pulaski Highway, Newark, DE 19702. A graveside service will follow at 2:00 pm on Monday, September 19, 2022 at Delaware Veteran’s Memorial Park in Bear, DE.
