Clifford A. Cadwalader

Clifford Cadwalader, age 91, of Bear, Delaware, formerly of Holdrege, Nebraska died on Friday, January 28, 2022 at Christiana Hospital. 

Clifford served in the U.S. Army for 21 years.  Following his military service, he worked in the railcar industry eventually retiring from Triple C Railcar. 

He was a long-time resident of Christiana Meadows, where he enjoyed socializing with his neighbors and loved feeding the squirrels.  Clifford was an avid bowler and enjoyed jigsaw puzzles.  

Clifford is survived by his son, Michael Cadwalader, grandson Michael Kelly Cadwalader, II and countless nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at 12:15 pm on Thursday February 24, 2022 at Beeson Funeral Home, 2053 Pulaski Highway, Newark, DE 19702 where a visitation begins at 11:15.  A committal service will follow in Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
