Our beautiful Emily, 26, was called to the Lord on December 17, 2022. Emily was the best Christmas present received from God that we could have ever wanted. Emily had the sweetest soul and so much empathy for others. She will be truly missed by so many people. She is survived by her father and mother, Todd and Pamela Amspacher, her sister, Rachel Amspacher, her grandmother, Nancy Taylor, an adopted daughter, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Message from Emily:
“Just remember, your hardships and what you struggle with could save someone else. Being 23 and so suddenly needing open heart surgery because of something I did to myself really puts things into perspective. Be grateful for what you have, be kind to your body and you can always ask for help if you need it because there is always someone out there that cares, that is one thing I can guarantee. I'm blessed to be here right now. Now I need to figure out a way to give back and realize I was not entitled to this miracle the surgeon performed on me. Keep my mind straight and I know I can move forward ❤ “
Emily tried her best to follow her message. Addiction is a terrible struggle to overcome. Emily would be so pleased to know that she saved two lives by donating her kidneys. She unselfishly gave up a daughter at birth so her daughter could have a better life.
