Jane (Kennedy) Elliott

Jane Elliott, age 76, of Wilmington, Delaware passed away at home, after a long illness, surrounded by her family on June 3, 2023. She was born in Cumberland, Md. to James and Ellen (Moran) Kennedy and grew up in Mt. Savage, Md. She was a graduate of the University of Delaware with a degree in Food Science and had a long career in nutrition and food services. She was an avid birdwatcher, had an infectious smile, an eye for design and a love of learning and adventure. She leaves behind her husband, Robert Rafal, her daughter, Cynthia Walker, her brother, James Kennedy Strocker and two grandchildren, Anna and John Walker.
