Karen Marie (Schankel) Blach

Karen Marie (Schankel) Blach, 79, went to be with our Lord in heaven on April 21, 2023 where she has joined her husband Clifford Blach, brother Albert Bentley, sister Mary Machesky, and son-in-law Drew Matyas.

Missing her here on earth until they can be with her again are her children Cynthia and husband John Mehalshick, Carrie Matyas, Keith Blach, and Josh Blach, sister Carolyn Hutchinson, brother Roger Schankel, grandchildren Nathan and wife Jennifer Nye, Matthew Nye, Lea Nye, Skyla Matyas, Rehn and wife Jordan Malloch, Austin Blach, and Jordan Blach, and great-grandchildren Kyla, Ryan, Nolan, Kayden, and Aurora Nye, and Mason and Madison Malloch.

She was loved and cherished by many, especially the congregation of Concordia Lutheran Church.

A visitation will be held at 10:00 am on Saturday May 13, 2023 at Concordia Lutheran Church with a memorial service at 11:00 am. A luncheon will be held at the church following the service.
