Kathleen (Wells) Dearie

Kathleen (Wells) Dearie, age 68, of Newark, Delaware, formerly of Southwest Philadelphia, passed away peacefully on December 8, 2025. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Joseph P. Dearie.

Kathleen was the devoted mother of Kelly (Thomas) McMichael, Maureen (Matthew) Krah, and Joseph (Nicole) Dearie; the cherished grandmother of Ian and Ella; and the dear sister of Mary, Gina, and Bernadette. She was predeceased by her brothers Charles, Edward, and Joseph, her sister Ann, and her parents, Charles and Ann Wells. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to her visitation on Saturday, December 27, 2025, from 10:00 am – 12:00 pm at Beeson Funeral Home, 2053 Pulaski Hwy, Newark, DE 19702. A memorial service will take place at 12:00 pm at Beeson Funeral Home.

Kathleen will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew her.
