Mark Langan

Mark Langan, age 60, of Newark, DE, passed away peacefully on November 22, 2024, surrounded by his family.

Mark was a 1982 graduate of Christiana High School. He was a mechanical plumber for over 20 years. Mark loved listening to music and playing his harmonicas. He also enjoyed watching the Philadelphia Eagles and Phillies, going to NASCAR races, and fishing.

Mark is survived by his wife, Tracy, of 28 years; daughters: Trisha and Shannon; son: Kevin; father: Francis Patrick Langan; mother: Patricia “Tia” Langan; sister: Maureen Burgess (Mark); brothers: Patrick (Cheryl), Michael (Susan), Paul (Theresa), and Matthew (Betsy); stepsister: Alisa Studer (Dave); three grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Mark was dearly loved by all that knew him. He was always the life of the party, making everyone smile and always ready to lend a hand when needed. He will be tremendously missed by family and friends.

A visitation will be held on Saturday, December 7, 2024 from 9:30-10:30 am at Beeson Funeral Home, 2053 Pulaski Highway, Newark, DE 19702. A memorial service will follow at 10:30 am. Interment will be private.
