Mary Vernon Obituary

Mary Adaline Vernon (nee: Maule), 94, died on Saturday, April 24, 2021 in the Christiana Hospital.

Mary was born in 1926. She enjoyed life and her family. Mary enjoyed watching tennis and the Phillies, strolling through the park, and keeping her bird feeders well stocked to keep the birds coming back. Mary ran the family business while raising her boys. We don’t know how she did it! She will surely be missed.

Mary was wife of the late George A. Vernon, proud mother of three surviving three sons: George G. Vernon (Mary), Gary S. Vernon (Deb) and Glenn A. Vernon (Sandy) and three grandchildren Sarah, George, and Cole.

Funeral services will be private.
