Patricia A. Willis

Patricia A. Willis, age 67, of Delta, PA died August 21, 2021 at Sterling Care Riverside Center in Belcamp, Maryland.  

Patricia was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, daughter and aunt. She loved being with her family. Her door was always open to welcome anyone.  Patricia loved her dogs and bird. She liked to watch her cooking shows and she made the best sweet tea and fried chicken. Her nieces and nephews loved their Aunt Pat's sweet tea. 

Patricia was predeceased by her husband, Douglas R. Willis, Jr. previously of Delta, PA, daughter, Angel Willis and her mother, Imogene Lowe previously of Bear, DE. 

She is survived by her daughter, Rhonda C. Knapp of Livingston, LA; son, Douglas R. Willis, III (Kasie) of Rising Sun, MD; grandchildren, Carra L. Rydel (Chasady) of O'Fallon, MO; Katie Henry (Jordan) of Cleveland, IL; Dylan C. Rydel of Lebanon, TN, Samuel R. Willis of Newark, DE, Austin R. Rydel (Trinity) of Delta, PA; great-grandchildren, Arianna and Anthony McDowell of O'Fallon, MO; siblings, Daniese Owens (Cliff (predeceased) of Elm Grove, LA, David R. Lowe of Seaford, DE; and many nieces and nephews that she loved dearly.  

A Viewing will be held Friday, September 3, 2021 from 10am to 11am at Beeson Funeral Home, 2053 Pulaski Highway, Newark, DE 19702, where a Funeral Service will begin at 11am. Committal Service will follow at 1pm at Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 2465 Chesapeake City Road, Bear, DE.
