Richard Starkey Obituary
Richard L. Starkey, age 81, of Bear, Delaware, passed away on Sunday, August 3, 2025 after a long illness.
He was preceded in death by his son: Neal Starkey; mother, Mary Williams; brother: Bill Starkey; and his sister: Patricia Poole.
He is survived by his wife of 57 years: Terry Starkey; daughter Christy Starkey; and his grandsons: Kameryn Starkey, Brayden Magid, Chase Magid, and Conner Magid.
Per his request, no public services will be held.
