Robert L. Laraway, II

Robert L. Laraway II, age 66, loving husband of Roberta Laraway, passed away on Saturday, November 9, 2019. 

Robert was in the Navy and was a Navy Seal and served on the USS Independence.  He served in Vietnam and the Middle East.  Robert had a great sense of humor and was loved by all who knew him.  He will be missed.

He was predeceased by his parents, Robert L. and Helen (Davis) Laraway, brother Everett Kent Laraway, sister Kathy (Laraway) Lindsay and brother David Laraway.  He is survived by his wife of 24 years, Roberta (Ulmer) Laraway, son R. Kent Laraway, daughter Jennifer Laraway, and 4 grandchildren, Alec Laraway, Hudson Laraway, Charlotte Laraway, and Cory Giffin. 

 A memorial service will be held at 12:00 pm on Tuesday November 19, 2019 at Beeson Funeral Home, 2053 Pulaski Highway, Newark, DE 19702 where friends may call beginning at 10:00 am.  Burial will be private.
