Ryan Patrick Ott

Ryan Patrick Ott, age 57, of Bear, Delaware, passed away on Saturday, March 4, 2023 at his home.

Ryan and his brother, Darrell, both attended the same schools – the school of hard knocks and the schools in Middletown, Delaware. Ryan was a handyman who was able to fix any problems you may have. He also worked as a fence installer in both commercial and residential settings; even installing the fence for Gracelawn Memorial Park.

Ryan played baseball in the Canal Little League and, in his first appearance as pitcher, he struck out every batter in the game – all 18 batters taken out – he was amazing! Ryan was an avid fan of the Phillies, Eagles, and the Flyers.

He is preceded in death by his brother, Darrell and his father Walter.

Ryan is survived by his mother, Charlotte Ott, of Bear, Delaware; his brother, Christian Ott (Pamela) of Newport, Delaware; nieces, Jessica Conomon (Mark) of Landenberg, Pennsylvania and Alexis and Maddy Pacheco of Elkton, Maryland; nephews: Christopher of Wilmington, Delaware, Matthew (Jen) of Bear, Delaware, and Justin of Elkton, Maryland; and great niece and nephews Jamison and Savannah of Landenberg, Pennsylvania.

A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, March 29, 2023 at 2:00 pm at Gracelawn Memorial Park, 2220 N. DuPont Highway, New Castle, DE 19720.
