With Jesus by his side, Ryan bravely fought and survived 14 years of battling rheumatoid arthritis. Now Ryan has returned to God.
Ryan loved all sports including professional football (especially the Eagles), college football, ice hockey, and baseball. He enjoyed outdoor activities such as dirt biking, boating, and Jeeps. He graduated from Middletown High School and was a proud member of Local 19 Sheet Metal Workers.
Survived by parents David J Roderick IV and Kathryn L Roderick.
Beloved father to Brooke Anne Roderick/Corey, and Dylan Ryan Roderick.
Loving brother to David J Roderick/Cheryl, Kimberlyn Allen/Rick, Joel Roderick, Erick Roderick/Linda. Nephew of Bonnie Clements/Curtis. He was a loving Uncle to many Nephews and Nieces.
Special thanks to his lifelong friends. Steve Gravatt, with who he played football and who always came to his side to help him, they both loved four-wheeling together. Mike Wojdylak, who he enjoyed many adventures with, such as boating, dirt biking, and camping with their families. Steve Williams, always good company, and ready to help Ryan at any time, was a great support to him.
Ryan loved you all.
Funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Friday November 13, at Beeson Funeral Home, 2053 Pulaski Highway, Newark, DE where friends may call at 10:00 am. Burial will follow the service in Bethel Cemetery.
