Words cannot express your grief in losing a son, father, husband, brother and friend at such a young age. I know Jackie through living with her in Chelten Apartments for the last four years. This was a horrible tragedy and I am truly sorry.

Everyone dies but not everyone lives, and Bob's life canvas is complete with immeasurable master pieces that will have a lasting impact on our lives: his amazing son; courageous wife; caring family members; scores of coached kids who learned life lessons about getting up when knocked down; and on and on. Kettner family: we express not only our sympathy but also our gratitude, and pray that you have peace knowing your father, husband, son, uncle, cousin, loved one has been called home to rest.

Bob is the brother I never had. He came into my life when I was only 9. He was always there for me my entire life. We loved to go to the movies together and just joke around. Some of my fondest memories were in the kitchen of their house on Rt 13 playing pictionary with a bunch of people. No body could beat Michelle and Bob! Life has changed us all but I will always remember all the great times we had together. I Love you Bob and I will miss you greatly!

Well in a few hours I will see my friend for the last time before the door is shut. But before I start to tell everyone about Bob let me say to Michelle and Ethan that you two are in the hearts of many and the group will be by both your sides for many years to come. I met Bob 35 years age when we wore the orange and black wrestling uniforms at Gunning Bedford Middle School. Then up to the cherry and black at Wm.Penn High and we have been friends way pass those school years. We walk through this life and come across others in our path but only could wish everyone could be just like Bob. He is a Son/Brother/Uncle/Husband/ Son-in-Law/Father/and a Friend. If you put the word TERRIFIC in front of these words, Bob is all of them. Bob had many skills in life and he show me that he was surely a master at all of them. As Build Bob he help me finish off my basement with Kurt and what a true Master Carpenter he is. On the wrestling mat Bob was a master at each move that he was using and later in life teaching that move to kids. Yes I feel very very sad that Bob has pass away to the heavens above but I feel much sader that others will never get to know this TERRIFIC MASTER GENTLEMAN name Robert J. "Bob" Kettner. So my friend I say far well to you but will never forget the true meaning of friendship you shared with myself and many other's. So rest in peace . We all love you and will miss you.
